§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://lukashoever.com/.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password)
6) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button.
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button contained in the internet browser used by them, after checking their details, and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by email. You can also view the GTC at any time at https://lukashoever.com/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated are final prices. Due to the small business status (Kleinunternehmerstatus) according to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), we do not charge sales tax (VAT) and therefore do not display it. Any shipping costs are additional.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment by direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
§4 Delivery
1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 20 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and, for all other types of payment, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(2) Special Note on the Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium (e.g., e-books, video courses, downloads) if the entrepreneur has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has
